We've had this in operation at our church for about two months now, and for basic video switching it's worked well. In a single, reasonably-priced unit, it provides us with an adequately sized multi-view monitor, very easy video switching, and a USB webcam feed.The user interface is not terrible, but not particularly good either. They are really not using anywhere near the full potential of the touchscreen, the configuration menu is much too small on the screen, and the navigation between various configuration settings is far more awkward and confusing than it needs to be. They could have a far more satisfying product with better UI design — probably with no changes needed to the hardware.We have not used the PTZ camera controls, but they seem awkward.We have made very little use of the web app, and here again the user interface is far less friendly than it could be given that they have a whole computer screen to work with.The first one we received was extremely temperature sensitive, with severe tearing, breakup and distortion of the built-in multi-view monitor, to the point that it was effectively unusable. Oddly, the video output was fine, but with the on-device monitor being unusable we had to send it back. Customer Support was responsive, assured us that this was not normal, and so we ordered an exchange rather than a return. The new unit worked fine until summer temperatures hit and our church got up the 85°F inside, and the built-in monitor started acting flakey, but we turned the internal fan speed up from 1 (lowest) to 3 (highest), and it has been rock solid (although with a fair amount of fan noise) ever since.So what's the bottom line? For a very competitive price we get all the functionality we need (video switching of FHD sources, multi-view monitor, webcam output), in a (currently) reliable product, that is compact, with very convenient switching operation, and a moderately awkward configuration system.

Received the unit quickly. We are new to multicam streaming. I purchased three PTZ cameras and the L2 switcher. All of them work well. This switcher is very easy and comfortable to beginners. You will not go wrong when you get it. It supports 4HDMI inputs and USB streaming output. Work well with OBS. The 5.5"" touch screen is a nice addition. You can have the multi-view monitoring without a external monitor. It has so many features. I enjoy the PTZ controlling and the chroma keying. And the customer service is also excellent!

With 4 independent HDMI inputs it allows me to bring in different professional DSLR camera feeds into my live streaming production as well as any video feed from an HDMI equipped device such as a laptop for presentations, video playback, and more (the possibilities are endless) without any video quality.The 5.5 inch HD touch screen delivers a clean image and simplifies your workflow to the max. The fact that it has 15 integrated transition effects and PIP (picture in picture) modes is a plus. Even though I rather set buttons to predetermined transition lengths between HDMI sources, the T-Bar is still a nice touch.For my home livestream studio the L2 Plus adds an insane amount of possibilities and configurations when paired with my Elgato Cam Link Pro for my live productions and recordings.When on the go, the L2 Plus allows me to have the same power and versatility I have in my home studio but in a compact and mobile setup. By pairing my L2 Plus with any production software such as Wirecast, VMix, OBS, Ecamm Live, or Livestream Studio 6 I can have the same quality and professional workflow I get out of my home studio setup and I still can fit it all in my backpack.This is hands down one of the best pieces of tech for livestream production on a budget, or if you are a professional streamer like me this can really expand your possibilities when it comes to taking your ideas to the next level.NOTE: Even though my workflow does not necessitate the extra features, this little gadget can be controlled remotely, add overlays, has a built-in chroma key effect, PTZ camera control and LAN port PC control and more. I know, insane!

 Works well in my live broadcasts. Solidly built, perfectly smooth cuts and transitions in T-Bar mode. Option to output via HDMI and/or simultaneously via USB, which your computer recognizes as a webcam. You can choose whether the HDMI and/or USB output displays just a single-camera program view, or a six-screen preview view. I could imagine a scenario where you might simultaneously send a clean program view to a livestreaming computer via USB, and also output the full six-screen preview over HDMI to an on-set external monitor. Versatile piece of gear, and fun to play with.
